Privacy
Omoio has no accounts, no telemetry and no tracking. It never sends anything about you or your games to the people who make it.
What the app connects to
Omoio only connects to the internet to fetch things for you. Each of these gets the ordinary details any download sends, such as your IP address, and nothing else from Omoio.
- GitHub, to check for and download Omoio's own updates, Cemu, Cemu's graphic packs, and the small program that reads Skylanders pictures from your copy of the game.
- rpcs3.net, to download RPCS3 and to look up compatibility and community patches for PS3 games.
- The Cemu wiki, to look up how well Wii U games run.
- Sony's update server, to check for and download official updates for PS3 games you have. It is asked about one game at a time, by its title ID.
- RAWG, only if you turn covers on and add your own key. It is sent game names to find their covers.
The PS3 firmware page and other links open in your own browser. Your library, saves, settings and logs stay on your computer, and logs are only shared if you attach one to a bug report yourself.
This website
omoio.app sets no cookies and has no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs. The download button asks GitHub which installer is the newest, and the video loads from YouTube only when you press play.
